Portraits of Resolution Project
The Portraits of Resolution Project is an ongoing project geared towards engaging community members in discussing how incarceration affects them, their families, and the community. In fall of 2014, William Estrada, Erica Brooks and Anthony Marcos Rea set up a mobile photo studio in front of the Cook County Court House on 2600 South California in the Little Village neighborhood.
I continue to engage the community in various spaces in Chicago as a way to engage in discussions about how incarceration affects our communities and how we might imagine a world without prisons.
This Project was partially funded by 96 Acres.
